Sayantrik Engineer India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Sr.

Static Equipment Engineer to lead static equipment engineering for FEED, basic and detailed design. You will prepare datasheets, perform calculations, review vendor drawings, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. The candidate should have 10–12 years in Oil & Gas/EPC, hands-on experience with pressure vessels, columns, reactors, heat exchangers, and storage tanks.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, or EPC industry.
• Hands-on experience with pressure vessels, columns, reactors, drums, heat exchangers, storage tanks, separators, and other static equipment.
• Strong knowledge of applicable engineering codes and standards.
• Ability to independently handle equipment engineering activities and meet project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform static equipment engineering activities for FEED, basic and detailed engineering projects.
• Prepare and review equipment datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, and technical documents.
• Design and review static equipment such as pressure vessels, columns, reactors, drums, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and separators.
• Prepare and review mechanical design calculations for equipments.
• Review equipment GA drawings, vendor drawings, calculations, and technical documents. (Fabrication at workshop experience in past is preferrable).
• Prepare Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs) and review vendor quotations and technical offers.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical queries and document closure.
• Coordinate with all internal disciplines for project delivery.
• Ensure equipment design complies with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with clients and vendors.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support resolution of engineering issues.
• Should be able to involve in management discussions for improvisation of team and actively involved for betterment of organisation.
