Job summary

Sidvin Core-Tech (India) Private Limited in Bangalore North, India, seeks a senior Detailed Design engineer for static equipment in Oil & Gas. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10–12 years of Detailed Design experience in Oil & Gas for static equipment.
• Familiar with international codes & standards (ASME, API, WRC, TEMA).
• Software knowledge PV Elite / AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Office, PDF.
• Experience in packages like separators, closed drain vessels, pig launcher/receiver.
• Strong English communication (written and oral) and ability to work under pressure.
• Independent with clear scope and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor drawings/documents for equipment like pressure vessels, filters, heat exchangers, tanks, electric heaters, pig launcher/receivers, and other static equipment.
• Prepare specifications, datasheets, requisitions for quotation, technical queries, bid analysis, and PRs.
• Create engineering drawings such as clip drawings and nozzle orientation drawings.
• Assist in equipment lists preparation and interface engineering with customers, vendors, and site.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and monitor/expedite vendors to manage interfaces.
• Perform vendor monitoring and expediting to ensure project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• 1. Review Vendor Drawings / Documents for equipment likePressure Vessels, Filters, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Electric heater, PigLaunchers/Receivers and Other Static Equipment.
• 2. Scope involves preparation of Specifications, Technical Datasheets, Requisitions forQuotation, Technical queries, Technical Bid Analysis, Purchase Requisitions.
• 3. Engineering drawings such clip drawings, nozzleorientation drawings, etc.
• 4. Participates in the preparation of equipment lists.
• 5. Co-ordination with other disciplines, customer, Vendor, and site for interface engineering
