Gartner in Gurgaon, India is seeking a Senior Specialist to join the Territory Planning & Analytics (TP&A) team within GSSO. You will lead account assignment and data-driven improvements, partnering with Marketing, Sales Operations and DS&E to optimize routing and performance.
You will analyse operational metrics, run high-impact projects with minimal guidance, and develop training materials and tools to support the Sales organization.
Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner\'s mission-critical sales and services priorities and works with sales and services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you\'ll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner\'s Sales and Services teams, which delivers approximately $5.3B in annual business and technology insights revenue. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support global Sales and Services teams comprised nearly 9,000 associates and which sell to and service every major function across the enterprise.
The role is a part of the Territory Planning & Analytics (TP&A) team in GSSO. The TP&A team is focused on designing the optimal territory investment, design and alignment strategy to maximize Sales (and Services) productivity. The Senior Specialist will be joining the New Assignment Team. The primary objective of this team is to ensure that accounts are validated and routed to the appropriate sales representative based on secondary research into company firmographic data.
The Senior Specialist will be expected to lead and independently manage the defined Operational deliverables by executing quality output of the key processes and enable the Sales team to pursue right opportunities. As an individual contributor, they will partner with various key stakeholders like Marketing, Sales & Strategy Operation, DS&E and Sales teams and improve your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and support in driving key projects and initiatives aimed to improve the Account Assignment process.
