Job summary

Randstad GCC is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Solution Delivery to manage the success of our largest enterprise accounts from Bengaluru/remote India. You will set up reports, track KPIs, and drive improvements to optimize client outcomes.

In this role, you will monitor performance metrics, ensure SLAs are met, and provide market insights to help clients run successful talent programs. You will collaborate across teams and contribute to project design and ongoing client satisfaction.
