Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with governance/CoE operations or platform architecture.
• 7+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration and governance.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise governance, security, ALM, integrations, and platform operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive adoption and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve the enterprise Power Platform Governance CoE.
• Govern environment lifecycle, ALM, deployment pipelines, and solution lifecycle management.
• Define governance for applications, flows, and deployment processes across services.

About The Role

We are seeking a Power Platform Governance CoE Lead to establish, operate, and continuously enhance enterprise governance across the Microsoft Power Platform. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Power CAT governance solutions.

The position focuses on balancing enterprise security, compliance, and operational controls with business agility, citizen development, and AI adoption.

Job Description

The role is responsible for defining and managing the governance framework, platform lifecycle, application and flow governance, ALM, security, compliance, capacity management, and operational support for Microsoft Power Platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, architects, solution teams, and platform administrators.

The position also involves implementing and operating governance solutions such as the CoE Starter Kit, Creator Kit, Copilot Studio Kit, and Power CAT solutions. Strong knowledge of integrations, DevOps, deployment pipelines, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously enhance the enterprise Power Platform Governance CoE.
• Manage environment and platform lifecycle governance across Power Platform services.
• Define governance for applications, flows, ALM, deployment pipelines, and solution lifecycle management.
• Establish governance frameworks for Copilot Studio and AI adoption.
• Provide governance advisory for Power Pages and related platform capabilities.
• Manage DLP policies, security models, capacity, compliance, and tenant governance.
• Implement and operate CoE Starter Kit, Creator Kit, Copilot Studio Kit, and Power CAT governance solutions.
• Support integrations involving SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, custom connectors, REST APIs, and Dataverse.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident management, platform support, and stakeholder enablement.
• Drive governance adoption through communication, collaboration, and leadership.
