Job summary

DTNA seeks a Power Platform CoE Consultant to drive the local implementation of the Power Platform strategy, ensuring governance, security, and community collaboration.

You will manage environments, develop utilities, and foster adoption through training and change management across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in Power Platform administration or consulting.
• Power Platform Functional Consultant certification (preferred).
• Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical Power Platform solutions.
• Proficient in governance: environment management, DLP, and compliance controls.
• Experience configuring and managing on-prem data gateways for secure data access.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and automation for Power Platform solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration to drive adoption and change management.
• Experience in solution architecture review, scalability, and integration guidance.
• Familiarity with Azure services; ITIL V4 / ISM proficiency a plus.

As a Power Platform CoE Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the local implementation of the Power Platform strategy at DTNA, ensuring governance, innovation, and community collaboration. Your responsibilities encompass managing environments, ensuring security, developing utilities, and fostering adoption through training and change management. Responsibilities: Responsibilities:

• Technical Governance: o Manage environment requests, DLP policies, and data integration guidelines o Implement processes and tools for efficiency
• Community Building: o Build and nurture a local community of Power Platform users and developers o Lead local Power Platform solution adoption o Provide best practices training
• Environment Management: o Implement monitoring processes, alerting, and compliance controls o Align environment structure with Central CoE o Manage library and curate App Catalog
• Implementation Expertise: o Oversee iterative implementation and testing of Power Apps o Provide solutioning and publishing best practices o Work with business units for prioritization and low-code fit o Develop build automation and integration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
• 3 years of experience in Power Platform administration or consulting, with a strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Power Platform Functional Consultant certification (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering and analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem
• Proficiency in implementing and managing technical governance processes, including environment management, data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance controls
• Proficient in configuring and managing on-premises data gateways to securely connect Power Platform applications to on-premises data sources, ensuring data access and compliance with organizational security policies
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience in implementing automation and version control for Power Platform solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and change management initiatives
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and community events to promote Power Platform best practices and knowledge sharing
• Experience in solution architecture review and consulting, with the ability to provide guidance on solution design, scalability, and integration with back-end systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Power Platform applications and integrations
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud computing concepts is a plus
• ITIL V4 Certification and ISM proficiencies a plus
