• Develop automation workflows to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
• Own governance, ALM and environment strategy for projects.
• Translate business needs into robust low-code solutions with stakeholders.
• Establish best practices for design, security, performance and maintainability.
• Mentor juniors and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot performance, integration and security issues across Power Platform.
• Serve as technical anchor ensuring timely delivery and strong customer engagement.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Lead with 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, automation, low-code application development, and enterprise-grade solution delivery. The ideal candidate should be a proven technical lead, capable of driving end

to-end project execution, engaging deeply with business stakeholders, and ensuring successful solution adoption. This is a Work from Office / Customer Site role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Architect scalable and secure applications that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Azure, Dataverse, and external systems.
• Develop automation workflows to streamline operational processes and enhance business efficiency.
• Own solution governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and environment strategy.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust low-code solutions.
• Establish best practices for solution design, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to engineering and governance standards.

Skills and Qualification

• Strong hands-on experience with: Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse
• Connectors, custom connectors, APIs, and Azure integrations
• Power Platform governance, security roles, and solution management
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure fundamentals, REST APIs, and automation concepts.
• Strong experience in requirement analysis, solution architecture, and technical design.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver operationally stable solutions.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and driving end-to-end delivery.

Must Have

• 4-7 years of experience in Power Platform, automation, or related Microsoft technologies.
• Proven Technical Lead experience.
• Strong hands-on development expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Ability to work from office.
• Ownership mindset with a strong focus on quality, governance, and delivery excellence.
