Enviri Corporation is seeking a seasoned Power Platform professional to lead design, development, and governance of enterprise solutions. You will implement scalable Power Apps, automations, and Copilot Studio AI agents while collaborating with business teams to prototype new ideas securely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes delivering production-ready solutions with strong governance, security, and stakeholder engagement, enabling rapid adoption across enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of development experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Advanced capability in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience building AI agents, workflow automation, integrations, and API/connector usage.
• Understanding of solution architecture, security, environments, ALM, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities; evaluate emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY -Lead the design, development, support, and continuous improvement of solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The role will deliver enterprise applications and automation, while working with business teams to prototype and trial new Copilot Studio and AI agent ideas in a secure, governed, and supportable way.

Solution Design & Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Copilot Studio.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, APIs, connectors, and enterprise data sources.
• Apply development standards, reusable components, application lifecycle management, and release controls.

Copilot Studio & AI Innovation

• Build, configure, and support AI agents using Copilot Studio, including knowledge sources, actions, workflows, and business system connections.
• Work with stakeholders to identify, prototype, and assess new AI agent ideas and proof-of-concepts.
• Help move successful trials into secure, governed, documented, and supportable production solutions.
• Contribute to responsible AI, security, data protection, and risk assessment requirements.

Business Engagement & Delivery

• Facilitate workshops to gather, challenge, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into practical solution designs, delivery estimates, and implementation plans.
• Support demand management, prioritization, change control, and stakeholder communications.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, troubleshooting, and administration for deployed solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support handover materials.
• Monitor Microsoft platform updates, recommend new capabilities, and improve existing solutions.
• Apply UI/UX, accessibility, performance, security, and maintainability standards.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

• 8+ years of development experience, including strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Advanced capability in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience building AI agents, workflow automation, integrations, and solutions using APIs or connectors.
• Understanding solution architecture, security, environments, managed solutions, ALM, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and evaluate emerging technologies.

Desirable

• Experience with Azure services, Azure AI, Microsoft Graph, Logic Apps, Power BI, or custom connectors.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, data protection, and risk controls.
• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot Studio certifications.
• Experience mentoring developers, administrators, or citizen developers.
