Job summary

Kairos Technologies seeks a Power Platform Governance Lead to establish and continuously enhance the enterprise governance framework for Microsoft Power Platform. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, AI Builder, Copilot Studio and related governance solutions.

The position ensures the platform scales securely and efficiently, aligning with standards while enabling citizen developers, AI adoption, and innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with expertise in collaboration platforms, workflow automation, platform operations and governance.
• 7+ years hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform administration and governance.
• Strong skills across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Deep understanding of Power Platform Admin Center, managed environments, DLP policies, security models and tenant governance.
• Hands-on experience implementing CoE Starter Kit, Creator Kit, Copilot Studio Kit and Power CAT governance solutions.
• Experience with ALM processes, deployment pipelines, DevOps practices and solution lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of integration technologies including SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, custom connectors, REST APIs and Dataverse integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership.
