StayVista is looking for a Senior Specialist in Delhi to oversee villa operations, staff management, and guest satisfaction across our villa network.

You will develop operational strategies, train regional staff, manage budgets, and ensure consistent service delivery across properties. With 8+ years in hospitality or operations and a degree in Hospitality or Operations Management, you’ll drive service excellence and guest experience.

• Experience managing villa operations and staff across multiple properties
• Budget monitoring and cost-control experience

Your Role

As a Senior Specialist at StayVista, you will oversee all villa operations, including staff management, vendor relationships, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

About You

• Develop operational strategies to achieve regional goals.
• Oversee the training and development of all staff in the region.
• Ensure consistent service delivery across all villas.
• Monitor and manage the operational budget.
• 8+ years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality or Operations Management.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
