Job summary

Randstad Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist Employee Relations to partner with business leaders, manage employee relations, and drive policy compliance. Ideal candidates hold a Masters in HR or MBA HR with 6–8 years in HR partnering, outstanding communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
• 6-8 years of HR partnering/employee relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with HRBPs and leaders to align goals with employment, transitions, policy improvement.
• Serve as trusted advisor to employees on policies and HR-related concerns.
• Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions; conduct investigations.
• Support onboarding and change-management initiatives; educate people managers on procedures.
• Assist in performance management processes: goal setting, evaluations, and development planning.
• Assist in HR policy implementation and maintain HR documentation and HRIS.
• Analyze HR metrics, prepare reports on turnover, absenteeism, and engagement.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team and support employee relations.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:

• Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop strategies to support them especially related to employment, transitions, process/ policy

education, performance coaching and management.

• Act as a trusted advisor to employees on policies and any other HR related concerns
• Deliver on‑ground employee engagement activities supporting HRBP

Employee Relations:

• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance

handling.

• Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate

solutions.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the Organization.
• Determine standard procedures and protocols and educate people managers; support HRBPs for broader change management initiatives

Performance Management:

• Assist HRBPs in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance‑related issues, train them on giving feedback and coach employees on Randstad culture and code of conduct.

HR Policy Implementation:

• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Update and maintain HR-related documentation as well as the HRIS from time to time.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data‑driven solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
