Job summary

BNY in Pune is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance to deliver accurate client reports and support portfolio insights. The role requires a finance-focused background and a track record of 6+ years in client reporting or operations within financial services.

You will engage with clients and internal teams, translate complex data into clear reports, and continuously improve reporting processes using Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or equivalent.
• 6+ years of total experience in Client Reporting or Operations within Financial services preferred.
• Clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of Investment Management business process, data flows, reports & systems.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance to join our Client Reporting team within BNY Investments. This role is located in Pune.

Responsibilities

• Delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports to clients on their portfolios, transactions, and holdings.
• Develops technical expertise regarding product offerings in order to act as a resource to clients.
• Continuously improving reporting processes and tools to enhance client experience.
• Answers any inquiries from clients regarding the nature of investment products and their portfolios along with inquiries regarding managing portfolio risk and asset allocation.
• Supports the maintenance of the online platform utilized by clients to generate reports on their portfolios and portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 6+ years of total experience in Client Reporting or Operations within Financial services preferred.
• Ability to have clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of Investment Management business process, data flows, types of reports & systems etc.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite & associated applications.
