Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, POM Technical Product Management - Development Marketplace for our Digital Platform in Pune. You will contribute to roadmaps, craft client communications about market developments, and deliver operational updates.

You will support custody clients with timely responses, drive client engagement through market materials, and leverage AI to enhance processes and delivery. 4-7 years in financial services or product management is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–7 years of relevant work experience, ideally in financial services, global custody, or product management.
• Experience supporting internal and/or external clients, with a focus on building strong and effective working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
