We’re seeking a future team memberfor the role of Senior Specialist, Fund Reporting to join our team. This roleis located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make animpact in the following ways:

• Prepares and reviews accountingstatements for complex funds on behalf of clients. Works with auditors andclients to ensure statements are accurately produced and verified on a timelybasis.
• Reviews balance sheet, incomestatement, statement of cash flows and statement of shareholders equity formore complex funds to ensure reported numbers are reconciled.
• Drafts accounting statements andreports for more complex funds, incorporating fund calculations, for clients toreview fund performance.
• Reviews work of more juniorcolleagues and checks for the completeness and accuracy ofdisclosure.
• Ensures financial reports meetCorporate and any applicable regulatory standards. Implements needed changes toreports to ensure compliance with any new standards.
• Collaborates with auditors andclients to make changes to financial reports and ensure they accurately depictfund performance.
• Develops materials forpresentation to Board of Directors.
• No direct reports but providesguidance to less experienced team members. May have people managementresponsibilities in some geographies. Contributes to the achievement of relatedteams objectives.

To be successful in this role,we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree is required.Education background in accounting is highly preferred
• 6-8 years of total workexperience preferred.
• Experience in financialreporting, US GAAP, IFRS is highly preferred.
