Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Specialist in the Business Solutions Group of the Financial Markets Sector to lead end-to-end treasury workflow implementations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless integration across front, middle, and back-office operations.

You will support business users, manage live issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive automation and data analytics to improve decision making, with a focus on timely delivery and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial markets, business solutions, or treasury systems.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations and financial market systems.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and testing of banking applications.
• Proficiency in test management tools (HP ALM, QC, JIRA) and bug tracking.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, FX, SQL, Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ISTQB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement treasury workflows connecting front to back offices for seamless deal execution.
• Collaborate with vendors to conceptualize and build solutions; document and execute test cases.
• Take complete ownership of end-to-end delivery and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

About the Role
