Job summary

Idfc First Bank Limited in Mumbai seeks a Senior Specialist – Business Solutions Group within the Financial Markets Group to own end-to-end treasury workflow implementations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless integration across front, middle, and back-office operations.

You will test, document releases, support business users, manage live issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive automation and data intelligence with tools like SQL and BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher education in any discipline; post-graduate qualification preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial markets, business solutions, or treasury systems.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, testing, and regulatory compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement treasury workflows connecting front to back offices for seamless deal execution.
• Collaborate with vendors to conceptualize and build solutions; document and execute test cases.
• Take complete ownership of end-to-end delivery and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct testing, obtain necessary approvals, and maintain documentation for releases.
• Resolve live issues and respond to queries from the business team.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements across implementations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute implementation plans.
• Drive process reengineering and automation initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to support decision-making.
• Manage product lifecycle, process documentation, and audit readiness.
• Oversee technology budgets and expense tracking.

Experience

Skills and Attributes

• Strong understanding of treasury operations and financial market systems
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and testing of banking applications
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, QC, JIRA) and bug tracking
• Knowledge of SWIFT, FX, SQL, Power BI/Tableau is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong documentation and project management capabilities
• ISTQB certification preferred
