Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a skilled F5 Pre-Sales Engineer in Delhi to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams. You will design F5-based solutions, present demonstrations, and drive POCs to validate offerings.

Applicants should have 3-6 years in network security or application delivery, with hands-on F5 BIG-IP expertise and the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. OTA training and certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 3-6 years of experience in network security, application delivery, or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on knowledge of F5 BIG-IP technologies (LTM, DNS, WAF, APM, AFM).
• Experience with F5 pre-sales, POC, solution design, implementation and troubleshooting.
• F5 certifications such as F5-CA or F5-CTS are a plus.
• Experience with F5 Distributed Cloud and cloud environments is a plus.

• Coordinate with F5 OEM, sales, partners and customer technical teams for discussions and escalations.
• Provide customer training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Identify opportunities for F5 Professional Services, migration and managed services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will report to the Senior Solution Engineer.

• Handle F5 pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and design appropriate F5 solutions.

• Prepare HLD/LLD, BOM, technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
• Provide technical expertise on F5 BIG-IP LTM, WAF, DNS, APM, AFM and Distributed Cloud solutions.
• Support F5 implementation, configuration, migration, integration and troubleshooting.
• Work on application delivery, load balancing, SSL/TLS, high availability and traffic management requirements.
• Support F5 upgrades, migrations and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with F5 OEM, sales, partners and customer technical teams for technical discussions and escalations.
• Provide customer training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Identify opportunities for F5 Professional Services, implementation, migration and managed services.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Qualification achelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in network security, application delivery, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of F5 BIG-IP technologies.
• Experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, DNS, Advanced WAF, APM and AFM is preferred.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS and network security.
• Experience in F5 pre‑sales, POC, solution design, implementation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of load balancing, application delivery, high availability and traffic management.
• Experience working with enterprise and multi‑vendor network environments.
• Exposure to F5 migration, upgrades, performance tuning and integration.
• Good customer‑facing, communication and technical presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare HLD/LLD, BOM, technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
• F5 certification such as F5‑CA or F5‑CTS is an added advantage.
• Experience with F5 Distributed Cloud, automation/API and cloud environments will be an added advantage.
