We are seeking a Pre Sales Engineer in Mumbai to support F5 technologies (LTM, WAF, DNS) across pre‑sales and post‑sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for F5 solutions (LTM, WAF, DNS).
• Assist in pre‑sales activities including customer meetings, solution design, and product demonstrations.
• Support post‑sales operations by troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining F5 systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for customers.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in F5 products and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–8 years of experience with F5 technologies (LTM, WAF, DNS).
• Strong understanding of networking, application delivery, and network security.
• Experience in pre‑sales and post‑sales support roles.
• Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
