Job summary
Live Connections is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise AIOps, Observability, IT Operations and Agentic AI initiatives from Pune. You will blend deep technical expertise with strong client-facing and pre-sales skills to drive transformation across AI-led IT operations.
The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience, strong cloud proficiency (AWS/Azure/GCP) and familiarity with monitoring tools, ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps, and modern CI/CD stacks.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in solution architecture and IT operations
- Strong client-facing and pre-sales capabilities
- Experience across AIOps, Observability, ITOM and Agentic AI
- Proficiency with ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps or comparable enterprise platforms
- Exposure to monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, AppDynamics, New Relic, OpenTelemetry)
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins and CI/CD
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering
- Experience with REST APIs and AI-powered IT Operations
- Experience in solutioning, pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, PoC/PoV engagements
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management
- ITIL knowledge and engineering degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements
- Present technology solutions and drive PoC/PoV engagements
- Lead architecture design for AIOps and Observability initiatives
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses
