Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer in Bengaluru to shape safe, connected mobility. You will test embedded software, verify radar components, and ensure software quality across AUTOSAR-based platforms and ADAS solutions.

The role demands hands-on scripting, test framework enhancements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet ISO26262 and ASPICE guidelines while supporting multi-cultural environments.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as Embedded SW test Engineer/SW test in Development.
• 3-5 years in networking protocols CAN and Automotive Ethernet in ADAS/ radar domains.
• Hands-on V&V experience in low-level radar software components (MMIC/DSP/AUTOSAR).
• Experience with Lauterbach, Python scripting, CAPL scripting, and C for test frameworks.
• Familiarity with MATLAB, Canoe, Vector tools and debugging tools like Trace32/Wireshark.
• Awareness of Agile development and ISO26262 functional safety & ASPICE practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and cross-cultural collaboration.

• B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech in any specialization with an experience of 5-7 years
• 5-7 years of experience as Embedded SW test Engineer/SW test in Development
• 3-5 years of experience in networking protocols like CAN, Automotive Ethernet in Automotive radar Software & Systems/ADAS domain
