Job summary

Aptiv in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Technical Lead for Autosare, BSW, CAN and Diagnostics to drive radar product based embedded software development, optimize Autosar based architectures in multicore environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, high-integrity solutions.

You will own the full software lifecycle from requirements to testing, perform AUTOSAR modeling, configure BSW modules, and contribute to ASPICE compliant processes while advancing ADAS radar and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering (regular) from Electronics/Communication/Instrumentation/CS.
• 6–8 years of experience in embedded SW development.
• Autosar BSW/CAN with diagnostics experience is essential.
• Boot loader and MCAL integration experience required.
• ADAS radar experience and ASPICE familiarity required.
• C programming on 16/32-bit MCUs; Cysec and FuSa knowledge.

Responsibilities

• ADAS product development experience (Radar and Camera).
• Autosar-based embedded software development for safety products per ASPICE.
• Own all software development life cycle phases.
• Requirements analysis, design, coding and testing/verification.
• Perform AUTOSAR modeling and system configuration (SWC components).
• Set up and configure Autosar BSW modules; collaborate with multiple teams.

Technical Lead - Autosare, BSW, CAN and Diagnostics

Your role

Develop Radar product based Embedded SW development for safety products to be used in various global OEM vehicle Define and/or optimize Autosar based SW Architectures in multicore environment Collaborate with cross functional teams for day-to-day activities Debugging Skills & Issue Resolution with ownership Manage your time effectively against your targets Adhere to Company's Policies and Procedures, Emphasize and Support Continuous Process Improvement Work in an agile development environment Work in an agile development environment

Your Background Essential

• Preferred Educational Background is Bachelors in engineering -Electronics / Communication/ Instrumentation /Computer Science (Regular education)
• Should have minimum 6 to 8 Years experience
• Classic Autosar Basic Software working experience especially CAN, Diagnostics is MUST,
• Boot loader working experience is MUST
• MCAL Working/Integration experience
• ADAS working experience(Especially Radar product)
• Cysec and FuSa knowledge
• ASPICE working experience is MUST
• Sound understanding of embedded SW development using C on 16/32 bit microcontrollers

Duties & Responsibilities’ :

• ADAS product development work experience (Radar and Camera must)
• Autosar based Embedded Software Development for Safety products following ASPICE compliance processes
• Responsible for all SW development life cycle phases
• Requirement Analysis, Design, Coding & Testing/Verification
• Perform AUTOSAR Modeling and System Configuration (SWC Compositions like Component instances, connectors)
• Setup and configure Autosar BSW Modules
• Work with various competencies in developing products
• Analysis and systematic problem solving for SW reported issues
