Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) standards and ensure full compliance across all software development projects.
• Execute comprehensive software quality assurance activities, including detailed process assessments and internal audits to verify adherence to defined protocols.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for identified defects, formulating and monitoring effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Manage risk assessment processes and champion continuous improvement strategies to enhance overall development efficiency and product reliability.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to align quality objectives with business goals and project timelines.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 6 to 9 years of professional experience within the IT Services sector, specifically in automotive software domains.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in the Automotive software development lifecycle (SDLC) and a solid understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety standards.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in conducting Root Cause Analysis and managing the lifecycle of corrective and preventive actions.
