Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to take on a dual role as Project Manager and Quality Assurance Lead for our Group Data Collector (GDC). The ideal candidate will drive project execution while ensuring the highest standards of software quality across all phases of the software development lifecycle. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, enforce quality strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as Automotive SPICE and Agile methodologies. This role requires strong leadership, a background in software development or QA, and the ability to coach teams for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality objectives are met.
• Define, implement, and maintain software quality strategies, processes, and quality gates across projects.
• Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), ISO26262, and internal standards.
• Plan, review, and assess test strategies, test cases, and test results.
• Act as the primary interface between development teams, QA, project management, and stakeholders.
• Support and evaluate test automation and CI/CD‑based verification approaches.
• Prepare and support internal and external audits, assessments, and releases.
• Derive, monitor, and report KPIs and quality metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor teams on project management and quality assurance best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective collaboration across distributed teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development, project management, or quality assurance.
• Proven experience managing software projects in an Agile environment.
• Experience in C++ development.
• Strong background in software quality assurance, with hands‑on experience in defining and maintaining quality processes.
• Experience with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and/or ISO26262 compliance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Nice‑to‑have

• Experience in automotive, IoT, or large‑scale enterprise systems.
• PMP, Scrum Master or similar project management certification.
