Job summary

Sabre is seeking a senior Java professional in Bengaluru, India, to contribute to a robust backend stack featuring Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture. The candidate will work with Oracle/MySQL and Mongo databases, Unix/Linux environments, and modern CI/CD tools like Maven and Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Java/J2EE and related technologies.
• Hands-on with Spring Framework, Spring Core, and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and OOP principles.
• Experience with SOAP/REST web services and SOA/microservices.
• Experience with relational (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (Mongo) databases.
• Proficient in Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and build/test automation (Maven, Jenkins).
• Familiar with testing (TDD, unit/integration) and performance testing tools like JMeter.

Job description

• Hands on coding experience in Core Java(preferably Jdk8+) and J2EE technologies with 5-7 years of experience, good understanding of data structures
• Complete understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design & Programming
• Hands on experience with Spring Framework and related (spring-core, apo & spring-boot)
• Hands on experience using Software Design Patterns of GOF, J2EE and related
• Strong Experience in web services development, SOAP and REST
• Experience in SOA and micro services architecture
• Complete Understanding of relational databases and NoSQL databases. Relational DB (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (Mongo)
• Demonstrated knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems, Shell Scripts
• Experience with Maven, Jenkins, GIT , Github
• Understanding of TDD practices and experience with Unit, System, Integration Testing & Performance Testing - JMeter, JConsole etc
• Experience working with tools like IntelliJ, Putty, Winscp, SoapUI/Postman/Bruno, Sql developer.
