We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience to build, enhance, and maintain complex, enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership of technical deliverables in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Python.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles, clean coding practices, and software engineering best practices.
• Perform testing, debugging, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, testing, release activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Independently manage technical tasks, handle ambiguity, and take accountability for end-to-end delivery.
