Job summary

Loop is seeking a senior software engineer to own technology initiatives for our Shopify-based subscription platform. You will design and maintain the stack, collaborate with Product and Engineering to evolve Loop's platform, and drive timely releases.

You should have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and AWS, plus CI/CD automation and strong communication. The role offers health insurance, meals, an ESOP plan, and a chance to influence a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong experience developing applications using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL databases, preferably MySQL.

Responsibilities

• Own technology initiatives and feature sprints, ensuring timely releases.
• Architect, design, and maintain the technology stack and infrastructure for the assigned suite of products.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand roadmap priorities and evolve Loop's platform.
• Create and maintain documentation for technical infrastructure, APIs, and feature implementations.
• Encourage a documentation-first approach across the team.
• Drive a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Identify and introduce new technologies that elevate the platform.
