Roles Overview

The Sr. QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of system configurations against product requirements by evaluating system behaviour, running test cases, and conducting quality management reviews. This role requires knowledge of Duck Creek Platform, agile/scrum, change orientation and effective communication capabilities.

  • Leads a QA team responsible for ensuring the quality of system configurations against product requirements
  • Analyses new requirements and use cases to develop test approach and deliverables
  • Develops, maintains and executes automated testing scripts using several automation frameworks
  • Develops, updates, and maintains testing standards and procedures
  • Develops test coverage approach and maintains test plan in test management tool
  • Reports test-planning and test-execution progress, defect tracking, sprint and release level quality and risk status
  • Leads the release management and quality process to validate that solutions meet business requirements
  • Conducts root cause analysis, triages and validates fixes
