Job summary

CoinDCX is hiring a DevOps Engineer to drive infrastructure, CI/CD, and Kubernetes operations from our Bangalore office. You will work with product, engineering, security and marketing teams to deliver critical solutions and scalable platforms.

The role requires 3–5 years in DevOps with hands-on cloud, container, and security expertise, plus scripting and tooling across Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines. Join a fast-paced, product-driven startup with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps, containers, Kubernetes.
• Experience on public cloud platforms AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Hands-on with ArgoCD, service mesh, Helm, network policies, Kubernetes security.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, JIRA; networking on cloud environments.
• Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible.
• Datastores: Postgres, Redis, Dynamo.
• Kafka or messaging systems exposure.
• Scripting in Shell, Python, Go on Linux.
• Strong communication and teamwork; product startup exposure preferred.

What You’ll Do:

As a Software engineer in our team, you'll be working with a lot of cross-functional partners like Product, Engineering, Security, and Marketing all the while delivering critical solutions and experiences. You will be responsible for below tasks:

You’ll Excel in This Role If You:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps, containers, Kubernetes.
• We are looking for an experienced Devops engineer who has worked on a public cloud platform AWS/ GCP/ Azure or related platforms.
• Expertise in docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus and Grafana is essential.
• Should have hands-on experience in ArgoCD, service mesh, Helm, network policies, K8s cluster security.
• Knowledge of Jenkins pipeline, GitHub and JIRA is preferred.
• Must have experience in networking on cloud environments.
• Expertise in Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible.
• Expertise in various data stores like Postgres, Redis, Dynamo.
• Must have exposure to Kafka or any other messaging system.
• Should have expert level knowledge of docker based deployments on containers.
• Must know shell/ Python/ Go scripting and to work on Linux systems.
• Should be a team player and have good communication skills.
• Should have preferably worked in a Product Startup.
• Certification in Cloud, Kubernetes is preferred.
