About The Role

This isn't a typical Senior SEO / ASO Manager role.

Search is being rewritten in real time. Google is no longer the only front door – Indians increasingly discover crypto through AI answer engines, generative search, and app store surfaces before they ever reach a website. You'll own how millions of them find, trust, and choose CoinDCX across every one of these surfaces: organic web, the Play Store and App Store, and the fast-emerging world of AI-driven search (AEO, GEO, and LLM answers).

This role exists because organic discovery is now one of CoinDCX's largest and most defensible growth levers – and because the rules of that channel are changing faster than they ever have. You'll set the strategy, build the systems, and own the programmatic infrastructure that keep us visible and authoritative as search fragments across traditional engines, app stores, and large language models.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end SEO strategy across technical, on-page, off-page, and programmatic – driving qualified organic traffic, rankings, and conversions at scale.
• Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) across the Play Store and App Store – metadata, creatives, keyword rankings, ratings, and A/B experiments that grow installs and install-to-activation.
• Build CoinDCX's presence in AI and answer engines – optimise for AEO (featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice), GEO (Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, Gemini, AI Overviews), and LLM citations so we are the source AI models quote on crypto.
• Architect programmatic page systems (coins, tokens, prices, guides) that scale content and structured data across thousands of high-intent pages.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Design, and Analytics to ship SEO-first site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals, and clean analytics instrumentation.
• Own the measurement layer – dashboards, attribution, and share-of-voice tracking across organic, app store, and AI-surface visibility.

You'll Excel in This Role If You

• Think in first principles about how search works and act like an owner of the entire discovery channel.
• Bring deep, hands-on SEO and ASO expertise with a proven track record of driving organic growth at scale.
• Are already experimenting with AEO and GEO, and understand how LLMs retrieve, rank, and cite content.
• Are strong on technical SEO – crawlability, rendering, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and log-file analysis.
• Translate data into decisions and communicate with clarity and precision to senior stakeholders.
• Have a bias for action, run fast experiments, and build clarity from an ambiguous, fast-shifting landscape.
• (Bonus) Have fintech, crypto, or high-volume consumer-app experience.

• Organic and app-store channels are compounding month over month in qualified traffic, installs, and activation.
• CoinDCX shows up – and gets cited – in AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, and Gemini for high-intent crypto queries.

• Technical SEO health – crawl, index coverage, and Core Web Vitals – is strong and stable across the site.
• Your dashboards give leadership a clear, trusted view of share-of-voice across every search surface.
