• Drive regular cadence of updates, reporting, and cross-team communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Standardize processes to improve productivity and focus within the product team.
• Streamline communications, meetings, and project tracking to maximize Product Head and team efficiency.
• Identify gaps in ownership, process adherence, and delivery, and implement improvement plans.
• Track and report on product team productivity, delivery timelines, and strategic priorities.
• Plan and execute internal and external product events, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions to build CoinDCX’s product management brand.
• Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, Business, and other cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Product Head, ensuring clarity on priorities, blockers, and risks.
• Drive measurable improvements in product team efficiency, delivery quality, and ownership culture.
• Establish KPIs for product operations and track adherence to timelines, quality standards, and engagement metrics.
• Foster a culture of accountability, data-driven decisions, and operational excellence.
