Job summary

Lloyds Technology Centre Hyderabad is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. You will work closely with senior engineers, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior teammates while delivering reliable software in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Bring 6–12 years of hands-on experience with NodeJS, React, TypeScript, GCP, CI/CD, and Harness. This on-site role offers opportunities to contribute to modern cloud-native solutions in India.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient with NodeJS, React and TypeScript in cloud environments.
• Experience with GCP, CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Summary Level 4 will lead technical development and delivery at Team level. Will operate as Individual Contributors, who are specialists in particular technology areas and will be narrower and have deeper focus. Capable of accurate effort estimate for any change. At this level, typically, will be doing code reviews and mentoring junior team members and able to work unsupervised and lead on smaller engineering focused initiative.

Job Description

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with minimal supervision, participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve quality and share insights.
• Participate in team meetings and input into project discussions.
• Work closely with senior engineers to understand requirements, resolve defects, and support the smooth operation of deployed software.
• Assist in the maintenance and support of existing software applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
• Help ensure the smooth operation of deployed software.
• Promote application custodianship by participating in incident root-cause analysis and driving improvements in security, maintenance, and resilience.
• Invest to develop your technical and agile skills.
• Continuously improve technical skills through on-the-job learning and training opportunities.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
