Job summary

Lloyds Technology Centre, Hyderabad, India, seeks an Integrator to coordinate complex integrations between the Lab and external stakeholders, including 3rd parties. The role covers both business and technology change, requires collaboration with the PO, and management of dependencies to keep delivery pace.

Role involves governance support, interfacing with suppliers, and leading SI processes for multi-party changes. Location is Hyderabad with hybrid working options.

Responsibilities

• Develops the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with the PO and aligned to the Lab backlog.
• Catalogues and manages dependencies between the lab and other teams.
• Works with stakeholders outside of the lab to ensure interlock to enable the lab to deliver at pace.
• Identifies blockers to delivery and, where possible, mitigates/solves, escalating to product owners/lab leadership as required.
• Acts as interface between the supplier (3rd Party) and key business stakeholders.
• Manages complex and high-risk integrations requiring coordination between multiple parties (internal/external).
• Coordinates the integration process and/or implementation events across shared infrastructure (e.g. upgrading the Mainframe); leads on the SI process.

Develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required. Delivers required outcomes and serves as the primary point of contact while working under guidance within an established contract management plan and coordinating activities performed by subcontractors and suppliers. Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks. Delivers prescribed outcomes and/or provides support services while operating within the organisation's established regulatory and governance systems and protocols. Supports others by using strategic planning systems and protocols.
