Job summary

R Systems is hiring a Software Engineer with expertise in C#, .NET, Windows internals, kernel development, cloud technologies, and AI-powered solutions. The role focuses on building and debugging Windows components, kernel drivers, system services, and cloud-native apps.

You will work across Azure/AWS platforms, contribute to AI-driven projects, and collaborate with Cloud, Security, and AI teams to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET
• Deep understanding of Windows Internals and Kernel Development
• Experience with Device Drivers, File System Drivers, Filter/Mini-Filter Drivers
• Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, or Crew
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, WDK, WinDbg, and performance analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop Windows kernel-mode and user-mode apps, drivers, and system services
• Design scalable backend services and REST APIs using C#/.NET
• Work on Windows architecture, memory management, security, processes/threads, and performance optimization
• Integrate applications with Azure/AWS cloud platforms
• Build Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Troubleshoot complex issues with WinDbg, WDK, ETW and debugging tools
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and AI teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
