Job Title: RD Senior Member of Technical Staff

The job

We are seeking a self-driven Senior Software Engineer to help design and build the foundation that powers our industrial software portfolio in the cloud. youll work on Microsoft Azure to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that enable customers to reduce IT costs and accelerate digital transformation. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where youll partner with architects and engineers to solve complex technical challenges while continuing to grow your cloud expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver infrastructure and data solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements
• Evaluate system architecture, perform risk analysis, and implement mitigation strategies
• Implement secure development practices and support compliance and security-related activities
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and implementation artifacts
• Mentor/guide junior engineers on routine issues / Review junior engineers work/delivery
• Continuously grow your technical skills in an environment of rapidly evolving technology
• Owns project deliveries, procedures and designs within the role

Essential Requirements

• 7+ years of strong software development experience in C# (.NET), React.js, WEB/REST APIs, SQL servers
• Hands‑on experience designing and implementing cloud solutions, preferably on Azure
• Hands‑on / Familiarity with Azure Functions, App Services, Service Fabric, Networking, Storage technologies and Auth0/Identity server concepts
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerized environments
• Hands‑on / Familiarity with security tools / SDL process
• Familiarity with IaaS/SaaS/PaaS architecture and microservice architecture
• Familiarity in migrating projects from legacy to latest technologies
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, Infrastructure as a Service, microservices, networking, and authentication/authorization concepts
• Strong understanding of secure software development practices, including threat modeling
• Good communication skills, working with a broad range of people, including Architects and Testers.
