What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance desktop and device-integrated applications using C#.NET.
- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code review sessions to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Develop and enhance applications that interact with hardware devices, drivers, and external systems.
- Implement robust solutions using OOPs, Multithreading, Async/Await, Socket Programming, Collections, and Generics.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure application reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA engineers, and architects to deliver quality software solutions.
- Mentor and guide developers on technical implementation, coding standards, and software engineering best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development artifacts.
- Drive software development activities through the complete lifecycle including design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
Expertise You’ll Bring
- We are looking for a passionate and technically strong C#.NET professional with experience in developing high-quality desktop and device-integrated applications.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem‑solving abilities, strong software design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
- 5-12 years of hands‑on experience in C#.NET application development.
- Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles and software design concepts.
- Expertise in Collections, Generics, Delegates, Events, and Async/Await programming.
- Hands‑on experience with Multithreading, Thread Synchronization, Mutex, and Task Parallel Library (TPL).
- Strong knowledge of Socket Programming and inter‑process communication concepts.
- Experience in designing and developing desktop applications and device‑integrated software solutions.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience in writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide scalable solutions.
- Experience in conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to API integration and external system connectivity is desirable.
- Knowledge of driver development/driver implementation and hardware interaction is a plus.
- Experience with C++ development is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines.
- M.E. / M.Tech / M.S. (Computer Science or related field) preferred.
- MCA or equivalent technical qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong academic background with a focus on software engineering, programming, and system design.
