Job summary

CSG Systems in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to lead design, development, and testing of complex software systems. You will guide junior engineers, drive agile practices, and ensure robust, scalable backend solutions across the full SDLC.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience with C#/.NET, strong Python exposure, and a solid background in full-stack development, architecture, and testing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8 years’ experience in software development with C# and .NET.
• Proven full-stack development experience with backend emphasis.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Python).
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in Software Architectures and Software Design principles.
• Strong skills in Debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
• Experience with Software Testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for mentorship and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Systems Analysis and problem-solving.
