EG in Pune invites a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our EdTech platform Edlevo, serving 200+ customers with a 1.5 million daily users. You will work with 200+ professionals across Sweden, Finland, Norway, and India to deliver enterprise-scale SaaS education solutions.

In a hybrid work mode, you’ll participate in design, development, testing, and deployment, mentoring junior engineers and adopting best practices while staying current with AI-enabled coding tools like Copilot.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET technologies, and web APIs.
• Experience with Angular and MS SQL Server is a plus.

As Part Of The Department

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our innovative digital education solution (Edlevo), a complete school management system built for everyone in the Nordic Education system from guardians, teachers, students, and school management to decision‑makers. Edlevo serves 200+ customers and 1.5 million daily users through a modern, enterprise‑scale SaaS platform. Our 200+ professionals across Sweden, Finland, Norway, and India work as one global product team, building innovative solutions that power education. The India team is a strategic partner, contributing across product, engineering, operations, and architecture, with ownership throughout the entire value stream.

Your Role, Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain EdTech products as part of a cross‑functional Agile development team, collaborating closely with global teams.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design, develop, test, and deliver high‑quality, scalable, maintainable, and well‑structured software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
• Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and the adoption of software development best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and engineering practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure software solutions comply with security, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Proactively identify and recommend product, process, and technology improvements wherever feasible.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.

Your Profile And Mandatory Skill Set

• 4-7 years of professional experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Web API, Angular, and MS SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of related web technologies such as WCF and ASP.NET MVC.
• Solid understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP), software design principles, and development best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• The ability to understand the broader business and technical context while delivering effective solutions.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams.
• Practical knowledge of the AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
