Job summary

SOTI is looking for an experienced software developer to translate business requirements into design and code, write unit tests, and deliver robust solutions. You will work with .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL Server to build scalable software and mentor peers. The role emphasizes architectural thinking, innovative ideas, and timely delivery.

You’ll contribute to product components, stay updated with new technologies, and help drive high-quality software across teams in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals, including math, algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with .NET, C#, Angular and SQL Server in production environments.
• Ability to understand complex software architecture and design patterns.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to guide teams and stakeholders.

Experience You’ll Bring

• Expertise in Computer Science with an excellent understanding of math, algorithms, data structures, design patterns and software architecture, and the ability to understand the logic behind the relationships within programs themselves
• 5-10 years of professional software development experience (Tech Stack: .Net, C#, Angular, SQL Server).
• Experience in working with two or more SOTI product components.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and ability to quickly comprehend and implement advanced technologies.
• Ability to inspire and visualize innovative technology and product architecture.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities like people management, influence, and communication.
• Skill to forecast customer requirements and propose architectural improvements/features.
