Job summary

SOTI is seeking an experienced software developer in India to design and build scalable applications across frontend and backend stacks. You will deliver components on schedule, research unfamiliar code bases, and thrive in an Agile Scrum environment.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of full-stack experience, solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and database concepts, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM fields is required.
• 3-5 years of professional software development experience with frontend and backend knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPS and Database concepts.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills are expected.
• Ownership mindset and passion for innovation.
• Experience or interest in agile methods like Scrum/XP, BDD, and Continuous Delivery.
