Studioalaya in Bengaluru is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities for architectural and interior projects. You will ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications, coordinating with architects, interior designers, contractors and vendors.

You will monitor progress, conduct site inspections, verify measurements and materials, and maintain documentation. The role emphasizes safety, cost control and timely delivery aligned with client expectations.

Formación

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Civil Engineering required.
• Relevant experience in construction, architecture or interior project execution.
• Proven ability to supervise site activities and coordinate with teams.

Role & responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage daily site activities for architectural and interior projects.

2. Ensure execution of work according to approved drawings, designs and specifications.

3. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants and vendors.

4. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of materials and workmanship.

6. Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.

7. Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related challenges.

8. Manage labour, materials and resources efficiently.

9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.

10. Verify measurements, quantities and material requirements.

11. Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and finishing works.

12. Monitor project expenses and minimise material wastage.

13. Ensure that all work is completed according to client expectations and approved designs.

14. Maintain proper documentation, including site reports, measurements and work records.

Preferred candidate profile

• - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• - Relevant experience in construction, architecture or interior project execution.
