• Coordinate with Design and Drafting teams, contractors, vendors, consultants and clients on site requirements and issues.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Coordinator (Architecture & Interior Design) to oversee site coordination across multiple projects and lead a team of Site Coordinators. The role acts as a key link between the Design, Drafting, Site, Contractors, Vendors, Consultants and Clients, ensuring that site requirements are identified, communicated and resolved within required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and mentor the team of Site Coordinators across multiple projects.
• Monitor site visits and allocate site responsibilities to Site Coordinators based on project requirements.
• Monitor site progress, pending works, critical issues and follow-ups across projects.
• Ensure Site Coordinators actively follow up on drawings, approvals, materials, vendors, contractors and site decisions.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings, site conditions and actual execution and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Design and Drafting teams, contractors, vendors, consultants and clients on site related requirements and issues.
