Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a hands‑on ServiceNow Platform Architect / Senior Developer to provide technical leadership for its ServiceNow ecosystem in Bengaluru. You will shape platform architecture, governance, and complex development across multiple ServiceNow products, while mentoring the team and influencing platform strategy.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 5+ years designing and developing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and platform architecture.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, authentication methods, and enterprise integrations.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform governance and upgrade strategy.
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in one or more ServiceNow products.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (preferred but not required).
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, Security Operations, HRSD, and Employee Center.
• Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and enterprise automation initiatives.
