Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Mumbai seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Developer (CSM/ITSM) to design, develop, and implement ITSM and CS​M solutions. You will handle scripting, workflows, UI policies and Admin tasks while coordinating with business users and QA during UAT.

A strong background in ServiceNow best practices and end‑to‑end implementations is essential. The role requires 8–10 years of experience, and the candidate should be able to work on site in Mumbai with flexible collaboration

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of ServiceNow development experience focused on ITSM/CSM implementations.
• Strong scripting and customization skills in ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical analysis for design, development, conversion and implementation of ITSM/CSM modules.
• Perform programming and configuration in ServiceNow including forms, tables and modules.
• Design and configure workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies and UI actions.
• Perform advanced ServiceNow scripting and customization.
• Maintain documentation and follow best practices and coding standards.
• Manage the complete User Story lifecycle from backlog to production.
• Coordinate UAT and provide post-go-live support.

Job Description ServiceNow Developer (CSM/ITSM)

Role: ServiceNow Developer Customer Service Management (CSM) / ITSM

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Mumbai

Role Responsibilities

• Provide technical analysis for design, development, conversion, and implementation related to Business Applications and ITSM modules.
• Perform programming and configuration activities in ServiceNow, including Forms, Tables, and Modules.
• Design and configure Workflows / Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Notifications, and ACLs.
• Perform advanced ServiceNow scripting and customization.
• Maintain and update technical and functional documentation.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices, development methodology, and coding standards.
• Manage the complete User Story lifecycle, from product backlog through release and production deployment.
• Coordinate and follow up on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide post-go-live support and assistance to business application users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application-related issues.
