Dmatics It Solutions Llc is seeking a Senior Server & Storage SME to design and deliver enterprise infrastructure solutions across server, storage, virtualization, backup and DR for our UAE customers.

Based in Noida, India, you will lead presales, architect end-to-end solutions, and drive multi-cloud workload migrations while ensuring RPO/RTO targets and robust disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in server and storage architecture.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
• Experience designing end-to-end infrastructure solutions across server, storage, virtualization, backup and DR.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end server, storage, virtualization, backup and DR solutions with HLD/LLD documents.
• Lead presales activities: discovery workshops, sizing, BOMs, proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
• Present and defend solutions in customer meetings and executive briefings.
• Architect hybrid/multi-cloud solutions and lead workload migrations.
• Define RPO/RTO and build disaster recovery strategies.
• Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle and act as escalation point.
• Run PoCs/PoVs with vendors and partners.

About The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Server & Storage SME to design and deliver enterprise infrastructure solutions across server, storage, virtualization, backup and DR for our customers in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end server, storage, virtualization, backup and DR solutions, including HLD/LLD and architecture documents
• Lead presales activities: discovery workshops, requirement gathering, sizing, BOMs, technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses
• Present and defend solutions in customer meetings, demos and executive briefings
• Architect hybrid and multi-cloud solutions and lead workload migration initiatives
• Define RPO/RTO requirements and build disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
• Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle and act as the escalation point for complex issues
• Run PoCs/PoVs and work closely with technology vendors and partners

Technical Expertise:

• Compute: Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Cisco UCS, Lenovo ThinkSystem, HCI, NVIDIA GPU infrastructure
• Storage: SAN/NAS, Object Storage, SDS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NVMe-oF (Dell EMC PowerStore/PowerMax/Unity XT, NetApp ONTAP, Pure Storage, HPE Alletra/Primera, IBM FlashSystem)
• Virtualization: VMware vSphere/VCF/vSAN, Nutanix AHV, Hyper‑V, Azure Stack HCI
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP
• Backup & DR: Veeam, Rubrik, Commvault, Cohesity, Veritas NetBackup
• OS: Windows Server, RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE
• Automation & Monitoring: Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Terraform, SolarWinds, ManageEngine, PRTG, Zabbix

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5-6 years of experience in server and storage architecture
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
