• Deliver in-depth site audits with prioritized action plans that improve rankings, conversions, and lead flow
• Optimize technical SEO, site architecture, and on-page content with clarity and strategic intent
• Track performance metrics including keyword rankings, lead volume, and conversion rates tied to organic channels
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and account strategists to align SEO work with broader marketing goals
• Stay ahead of search algorithm updates, ranking factors, and industry shifts to maintain and grow visibility
• Present strategy, progress, and insights in a clear and confident manner to internal stakeholders and clients
• Identify long-term opportunities for scalable SEO growth and lead the roadmap to execution

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on SEO experience focused on driving rankings, revenue, and lead generation (excluding PPC)
• Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Mastery of SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and others
• Proven track record of delivering results through both local and national search strategies
• Strategic thinker with the ability to distill complex technical challenges into simple, actionable tasks
• Growth-obsessed, metrics-driven, and meticulous about tracking performance outcomes
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a high-performing team environment
