MyCareernet in Chennai is seeking an experienced identity and access management engineer to administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and AD services. You will support onboarding of enterprise apps, configure access policies, manage authentication flows, and handle L2/L3 incidents within SLAs.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across shifts. Applicants should have 4–8 years of relevant experience, with hands-on IAM experience and proficiency

Qualifications

• 4 - 8 years of overall experience, including at least 2 - 3 years of relevant hands‑on identity and access management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD, or AAD.
• Strong understanding of authentication, Active Directory, identity and access management operations, and SSO.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, application onboarding, authentication flows, and access policies.
• Proven L2/L3 production support experience, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, escalation handling, and root cause analysis.

Responsabilités
