Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Directory Services, or Identity Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
• Knowledge of authentication concepts, SSO, MFA, and protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot small automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Basic understanding of AWS and Microsoft Azure, including cloud-based identity services.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to investigate issues.

• 3-5 yearsof relevant experience in Identity & Access Management, Directory Services, or Identity Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Working knowledge and practical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
• Working knowledge of identity concepts such as:
  • Authentication and authorization
  • SSO
  • MFA
  • SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect
  • Identity lifecycle management
  • Access governance
• Ability to write and troubleshoot small automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Basic understanding of AWS and Microsoft Azure, including the ability to support Identity infrastructure and services running in cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to independently investigate operational issues.
