Senior Search Engine Optimization Consultant (SEO)

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 5 years of experience & thorough understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and current trends. Should be able to work proactively and design a campaign.
• Lead the SEO team, manage a team of 1-2 SEO executives and ensure timely delivery under project/departmental deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Webmaster Tools and mobile analytics.
• Experience in Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM) preferred.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting for all major metrics, such as traffic, rankings, and competition stats.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, landing pages and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Research and implement latest search engine optimization recommendations, build SEO‑focused landing pages in collaboration with the tech and content teams.
• Manage SEM campaigns on Google to maximize ROI.
• Documented success in boosting rankings and ROI, with demonstrated expertise in presenting ideas.
• Strong written & verbal English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with WordPress, CMS and SEO, Google My Business & AdWords campaigns, advanced GTM, UTM tracking, and custom Google Analytics reports.
• Meticulous, organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to work on time‑sensitive projects and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full‑time agency experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of Google analytics programs, WordPress, CMS and SEO.
• Experience with setting up and optimizing Google My Business & AdWords campaigns.
• Knowledge of GTM, UTM tracking and advanced custom reports in Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Remote Full‑time role – applicant must have a reliable internet connection.
