Job summary

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and momentum
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to align strategy with execution and manage sprint backlogs effectively
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve dependencies and create integrated delivery schedules
  • Coach squads in Agile methodologies, track performance metrics, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency
