Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) consultant to join its Global Delivery Services in Bengaluru. You will lead LMS implementations, configurations, data migrations, and integrations with SF modules for international clients.

The role demands strong communication with stakeholders and hands-on LMS expertise. You will work across workshops, functional specs, testing, and training material development to ensure successful deployments and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
• Experience configuring, implementing and supporting LMS solutions across client environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors LMS per business requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate needs into solutions.
• Manage LMS integrations, data migration, and interfaces with other SF modules and external systems.
• Develop functional specs, config docs, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
• Provide post-go-live support and root-cause analysis for LMS issues.

The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions based on client requirements. You will work closely with clients and project teams throughout the project lifecycle, configuration, testing, deployment, integration support, and post-go-live activities. The candidate should have 3–8 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). The candidate should have hands-on experience in LMS configuration and administration, learning assignments, curricula and programs, item and class management, user management, notifications, reporting, security roles, and integrations. Experience working with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and understanding end-to-end HR processes would be an added advantage. SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification is required/preferred, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, client communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Pre-sales and Client Demonstrations for Success Factors product will be an added advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) based on business requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, analyse business needs, and translate them into functional and system solutions.
• Manage and support LMS integrations, data migration activities, and interfaces with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external learning systems.
• Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, process documentation, and end-user/admin training materials.
• Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and provide production and post-go-live support, including root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SuccessFactors module consultants to deliver end-to-end learning solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

Act as the subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Learning Management system. Collaborate with international clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for Learning Management System. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems. Provide technical and functional support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines. Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, process documentation, and end-user/admin training materials. Stay current with the latest SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) features, enhancements, functionalities, best practices, and relevant industry standards. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to fit into a multinational project setup. Have experience with any one or more of these modules SAP SuccessFactors with Performance Management (PM), Goal Management (GM) and Employee Central (EC) consulting experience.
